How to Contact Support

Have questions? You can reach your CertiPay Online team via email, Support@CertiPayOnline.com OR through the application! 

If you get stuck at anytime, you can select the green Help button on the bottom left of your screen. Note, this button will be available on any screen within the application. 

The help button will pop up with a green Contact Us button. 

The box will take you to a form to complete and send to the Support team. A support representative will receive an email and reach out to you as soon as possible.
